How these numbers were produced

Short version: offshore figures come from real applications, US figures are directional, and one role is an estimate. All three of those matter when you use the data.

The dataset

Offshore salary ranges are derived from the Armasourcing Salary Report, built from 586 real applications submitted to Armasourcing by candidates in the Philippines. They describe what people in the role actually earn.

The US comparison

US figures are an approximate national median for the role multiplied by 1.3 to account for payroll taxes, benefits and overhead. They are directional, meant for a like-for-like sense of scale, and are not a quote for anything.

Which roles are estimates

Dispatcher / Scheduler. Estimated roles are flagged wherever they appear, including in the tool output the Claude connector returns, so a figure never travels without its provenance.

What is deliberately missing

Armasourcing's own pricing is not in this dataset and no tool on this site returns it. A salary benchmark and a service price are different things, and publishing the second one as if it were the first would mislead people. Pricing is discussed on an intro call.

Candidate data

Everything published here is anonymized and aggregated. No name, email, phone, resume or portfolio link is exposed by this site or by the Claude connector. Anyone currently placed with a client is excluded from these figures entirely, because presenting a working VA as available would be wrong in both directions.
